Went up to Stuart this morning to see Sada, a most gifted Japanese hair cutter. My records showed that I hadn’t been there since 2010. For the first time in more than 18 months I have hair to speak of, and I wanted Sada to show me what to do with it. He did, and for the first time in more than 18 months, I like my hair! Sada gave me a bottle of a bamboo & indian gooseberry concoction that will “catch the light” and allow me to grow out my mostly grey hair without feeling the need to color it. We’ll see.
Anyway, getting geared up and ready for the Easter in Roma trip! Stay tuned.

When I got my hair cut in Japan, I was always given a shiatsu head and shoulders massage. Does he offer the same thing?
Unfortunately, no. Sada is so popular as a hair cutter, that I only notice one other person working there (doing hair color). I’ve only been there on the “off” (non-busy) times though. It’s a bit out of my way.
