I hope you had shoes that could deal with walking in snow. Not easy even when you are used to it. I keep thinking about buying crampons for my boots. Reply ↓ Didn’t feel so cold to me. Yes, I had all my North Land clothes! I think if I were in the North more I would get the crampons. I very afraid of falling. Reply ↓ As I wrote above, I bought my crampons today at the drug store. I am not so afraid of falling as much as embarrassed by it. I understand your fear, however. Reply ↓ I would wear the crampons without embarrassment! This time last year they were talking about a full pelvis replacement for me, that my bone looked like swiss cheese! Now, after a year on bone boosting drugs, I am walking 2 miles a day and riding my bike — actually went swimming with Jubilee some today too. Water is cold, but not too cold.
